Refund policy

At BeCloz, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Original tags and packaging must be attached.
• The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Used or damaged products.
• Items without original packaging or tags.
• Products damaged after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using your original payment method or store policy.

Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong or damaged item was delivered.
