We want you to love your BeCloz purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale/clearance items marked as final sale
How to Request a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email at becloze@gmail.com with your order number
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Let us know when requesting your return, and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
